My company, Fox Technologies, had a trade show at the CCD in early Oct 2015, and being that we are a US software company I was tasked with finding a local vendor who could supply IPad rentals for use at our booth to collect attendee survey and lead information.
In fact, I really only had just a few back and forth emails with Michael, at IPadHire Ireland, before leaving for Dublin, so since we needed to set up our booth the Sunday before the event began, I honestly did have some concerns about everything working out properly.
However, all those concerns were put to rest the moment Michael arrived, on time, on a Sunday evening, with my IPads and kiosks ready to go. He provided clean and well maintained equipment for our use and he even took the time to upload the app we used to collect our registration info ahead of time to be sure we wouldn’t have any installation issues.
If that wasn’t enough, Michael was exceptionally kind to this weary international traveller, by not only offering to drive me back to my hotel but also pointing me to the best fish n chips restaurant in Dublin! To say I appreciated his extra efforts, is an huge understatement.
I would encourage anyone, coming to Dublin or living there already, if you need IPad rentals for your next event, IPadHire Ireland is the no brainer option to choose. As part of the Summit 2013 I hired a large number of iPads from iPadhire.ie this October last. In total we had over 10,000 registered attendees to our event, which is the largest technology conference in Europe as of 2012. The iPads were used as part of our registration process to ensure there was a fast and effective registration process for our various attendee types. The iPads contributed to minimizing entry delays , which is a definite challenge when dealing with registration of such large numbers. iPadhire was extremely flexbile in reacting to changing requirements and circumstances up to and during the event. The provided a fast and cost effective service and I will definitely engage their services again when iPads are required during any of our events.
